Part 1: Introduction to Ayurveda - Uncover the roots of Ayurveda, exploring its history, core principles, and philosophy. You'll gain a deep understanding of the three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha - and discover how to assess your own unique constitution (prakriti) through dosha analysis. We'll also introduce the concept of balance and imbalance in Ayurveda, setting the stage for a harmonious journey. June 15th at 6 pm PDT.
Part 2: Ayurvedic Nutrition - Discover the importance of food as medicine and learn how to align your diet with your unique constitution. You'll learn Ayurvedic guidelines about food and recipes that nourish and balance your specific constitution. We'll explore the art of mindful eating and digestion, empowering you to cultivate a harmonious relationship with food. June 22nd at 6 pm PDT.
Part 3: Ayurvedic Lifestyle - Dive into the daily practices and rituals that foster balance and well-being in your life, starting with the Dinacharya - the Ayurvedic daily routine for optimal health. You'll learn self-care rituals such as Abhyanga (self-massage), tongue scraping, oil pulling, and more. We'll also explore Ayurvedic recommendations for sleep, exercise, and stress management, empowering you to create a holistic and balanced lifestyle. June 29th at 6 pm PDT.
Part 4: Ayurvedic Herbal Remedies - Unlock the healing power of herbs and spices, and understand how they can support your overall health. Learn how to prepare Ayurvedic tea formulations. We'll also share Ayurvedic remedies for common ailments and imbalances, empowering you to tap into the natural healing power of plants. July 6th at 6 pm PDT.
Part 5: Ayurveda & The Mind-Body Connection - Explore the profound link between your mind and body and learn techniques to promote harmony and inner balance.
