Rooted in Ayurveda and evidence-based information and advocacy, my purpose is to offer emotional, physical and partner support during the later prenatal stage, labor and birth, and the beginning stages of postpartum. Time is honored to get to know you, your family and your preferences for your birthing experience. Support is provided virtually and/or in-person at home, in the hospital or at the birthing center.

We’ll begin with a free consultation to see if we’re the right fit.

Once hired, the following services are provided:

  • Prenatal Sessions - we’ll set up two to three prenatal sessions. During these meetings, we will get to know one another and discuss the childbirth process, birth preferences, learn and practice comfort measures, care providers, and more. Additionally, techniques for relaxation, breathwork, Ayurvedic nutritional guidance, prenatal yoga and exercise recommendations are offered. I am here to provide continuous support in answering any questions that may arise, as well as share my knowledge and resources with you.

  • Labor, Birth and Early Postpartum - 24-hour on-call support begins two weeks prior to your estimated due date, and I stay with you during the entire labor, birth and first couple hours after delivery.

Our experience together will be wholesome, meaningful and fun as long as we continue to be completely open and honest with one another. Looking forward to sharing this intimate and loving space with you.
