If you are new to Ayurveda, yoga or plant-based living, I am grateful to have you here. At Ho'ola Mamma, my purpose is to introduce you to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the philosophies of yoga and the joys of a simple plant-based lifestyle to help you maintain radiant health, prevent imbalance, and joyfully live in peace and harmony.

Knowing how to maintain vibrant health, immunity, mental clarity, restful sleep and ease of anxiety and tension are all essential to daily living. Ayurveda embraces the whole, diving into the individuality of your specific state of balance or imbalance in your physical body, mind, spirit and senses.

An Ayurveda Health Session includes pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, medical history, family history, general diet and more.

This service includes nutrient-dense Ayurvedic nutritional guidance, lifestyle practices to promote balance, yoga, breathwork, meditation, bodywork and herbal recommendations to support your specific needs.


What is Ayurveda?

In Sanskrit, Ayurveda translates to the science of life.

Ayuh means life, and veda means knowledge or science.

Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is the holistic medical practice that is known as the “mother of all healing sciences.” Many healing modalities such as herbal medicine, polarity therapy, reiki and acupuncture stem from Ayurvedic Medicine.

Through the practice of Ayurveda, we can address these: how to maintain health, and how to prevent disease.
