Adrienne Diaz is a knowledgeable and compassionate wellness professional, with certifications as an Ayurveda Health Counselor, RYT500 Yoga Teacher, and Full-Spectrum Doula.

After completing her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, Adrienne pursued her passion for holistic health and alternative medicine. She trained in various disciplines, including completing a 200hr YTTC in Los Angeles, CA, a 300hr YTTC in Rishikesh, India, and studying Ayurvedic Medicine at Mount Madonna Institute under the guidance of esteemed teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar, Dr. Sarita Shrestha, and Dr. John Douillard. Adrienne also holds certifications in Reiki, Full-Spectrum Doula training with Doula Trainings International, and Birth Doula Training with Carriage House Birth.

With nine years of experience in the field, Adrienne shares the wisdom and love imparted by her mentors through her events, classes, and lifestyle.
